(1) Stakeholders who wish to obtain copies of documents available at the Commission may request copies by following the procedure of the prevailing law.
(2) If a copy of the requested document can be given according to sub-rule (1), the secretary or the employee designated by him shall give a copy of the same according to the prevailing law.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (2), copies of decisions and documents deemed confidential by the Commission shall not be given.
(4) If it is not possible to give a copy of the requested document according to sub-rule (1), the Secretary or the employee designated by him shall decide and give the information in writing to the person requesting the copy.
